Each Veterans Day should be a time when Americans stop and remember the brave men and women whose lives were often interrupted in the service of their country. Many risked their lives for the United States of America—to preserve the freedoms its citizens enjoy.

Storytelling is cathartic. It gives voice, preserves personal histories, and offers insights as steppingstones to understanding. Unbreaking the Circle: Stories of Service, is a unique collection of prose and poetry written by military members, veterans, their families and caretakers, reflecting and celebrating the diverse experiences of military service and military life.
